(3/24/14 edit: As the comments over the last three years have mentioned, C
definitely sounds better in the chorus at the end of the progression so I have changed that.
As for the "Oh oh oh oh" part I think it could work with either Em or G. I tend to never strum the 6th string,
which might be the difference in how it sounds!)

I think the 2nd G in the verse should be replaced with Em so it would be G, D, Em, C

Just a little thing: for the end chords, I find it sounds better if you add XXX553 to the end of the current 3-chord progression. I just think it makes sense since the 3 current chords are alternates to G, D, & Em respectively, and so the XXX553 (C alternate) seems to me to settle the progression.Thanks for the great tab!

I don't think there is that A shape chord in this song. If you replace all the A chords with C it sounds right.
