The music is based on chord schemes, that for generations have been used by Spanish Flamenco on guitarists. These schemes, we have come to consider as typically Spanish folk melodies they accompany, they make up a combination most people consider to be authentically Spanish music. The first movement is based on the dance, known a s'Jotai. ' The second, contrasting movement is based on the "Fandango.
